The dimension of the building is (116”) 2.95 meters long, (92”) 2.3 meters wide. Just shy of (8’ x 10’) 2.4 x 3 meters. The height is about (96″) 2.4 meters.

Over 35 pages of step by step instruction, 29 drawings and over 150 colored photos that all correlate for easy following. The instructions will have the material list needed. The drawing plans are broken down to specific sections of the building with the cut list for each. It’s a step by step approach; cut the lumber, build that part and then move on to the next drawing. I simplified this enough so that anyone having little, or no experience can do this, and you will be following me along in the photos as I build it.

As for the plans, I opted not to go the more expensive route with time consuming auto-cad drafting plans. One reason is you do not need them. Your plans are hand drawn just like in the old days before computers were available. I have built and sold many of these with the same exact plans.

A unique design with easy to attach shelving on the sides and back and even in the corners. Below the shelves is ideal for growing too, increasing the number of plants. You could even have a ground floor planter box. Windows on all 4 sides for ventilation. Hang plants from the rafters and place your favorite décor on the very top shelves above the window and door. All of this is shown in the drawings and photos.

Create your own unique appearance from the plans. Pictures and plans along with instruction will show how to make windows and attractive Dutch doors and inside shelving. It may seem small but the inside utilizes all the space so you can grow double the number of plants.

TOOLS: The instruction include how you build the windows and doors so you should have a “pocket hole jig” kit for making frames (they are relatively inexpensive and easy to use). There is a lot of wood to cut. So, I recommend a “miter saw” with the ability to cut at 45 degree angles and a level platform extension to hold the longer boards up. And of course, I recommend a battery operated “drill”. These are all common tools you can pick out from a local hardware store. You do not need a fancy setup to build these greenhouses. They are not that difficult to build but it does take time.

Features of this greenhouse include:
# Natural ventilation from windows on all sides.
# It has a low profile which cuts wasted air space, easier to keep warm in the winter and cooler in the summer.
# Steep roof slope keeping the snow from accumulating and staying.
# A Dutch style door that is 77” – 1956 mm high and 25″ – 635 mm wide with the top half screened along with a hinged window.
#The design also includes areas for shelving or places to hang plants
Ideal for any size backyard or under the deck. Everything included for how you DIY your own charming solid and sturdy greenhouse.
