This greenhouse design was developed out of the necessity for an inexpensive, sturdy, functional and aesthetically pleasing alternative to the aluminum and plastic panel greenhouse kits. It is a hobby greenhouse that can be built from standard 2×3 and 2×4 framing lumber and covered with greenhouse plastic.
My objective was to create plans that were different from most of the others out there. I wanted to give step by step instructions with assembly drawings so the not-so-handy person could understand them and be able to build a greenhouse. I wanted to include all of the information to make it easy for anyone to build from these plans.

The overall dimensions are 6′-10″ wide x 8′ long x 92-3/4″ high at peak, side walls are 52-1/2″ high.
