About this item
Get starting building this super cute wood playset featuring a sandbox, rock climbing wall, tube slide, monkey bars, steeple climber, trapeze bar, and a stunning second story playhouse featuring a round window and a back porch accessing the climbing wall! This diy playset looks amazing, and keeps kids entertained for hours – day after day!

Downloadable/Printable Instructions include a 39 page PDF full of color photos, diagrams, and a simple, step by step walkthrough of the entire building process.
Plans also include a material/shopping list with the quantities of hardware and wood you will need to purchase. You can use pressure treated lumber or cedar.

The tools you will need include a level, tape measure, square, miter or circular saw, a jigsaw for the round window, screwdriver/drill, and a hack saw. It’s a pretty simple build, but it will take more than a Saturday afternoon!

The sandbox measures approx 8’x7′. For adequate space you should have around 21’x17′ of space to allow a few feet of space around the entire structure with the accessories as I have pictured. (Space requirements will vary depending on your choice of accessories and slide).

Most of the build can be done solo, there are a few steps where you will benefit from having a helper for a few minutes.

Measurements are in imperial system only (inches & feet).
This is a downloadable PDF file sent automatically by Etsy after purchase.
Plans are non-refundable.

FAQ:

Q:HOW MUCH WILL THIS PLAYSET COST ME TO BUILD?
A: Lumber costs vary. My cost for hardware and lumber totaled around $1350. For reference, my cost for a 4x4x10 was $14.26. A 5/4x6x8 deck board was $6.50. If you compare these rates to your local rates you should be able to do the math to get a ballpark figure. (example: if your costs are 1.4x this amount, just multiply $1350 x 1.4. This should give you a rough estimate of your costs. On top of this you will have any accessories you choose such as the slide, climbing rocks, and steeple climber.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE TO BUILD?
A: Speed varies on skill level, I would plan on at least 3 days if building solo.

Q: DO I NEED TO ANCHOR THIS PLAYSET DOWN?
A: Nope! It’s super heavy. You can anchor the corner posts into the ground if you’d like, but it’s not required. This thing is a beast!
